Touch NZ for the 2016-2017 season has introduced the below age grade change for IPS. 

Under 13’s now changed to Under 14’s, must be 13 years or under as at 31st December 2016 

Under 11’s now changed to Under 12’s, must be 11 years or under as at 31st December 2016 

Under 9’s now changed to Under 10’s, must be 9 years or under as at 31st December 2016
